When will my order ship?
Thank you so much for your order! All orders are handmade just for you and begin processing in the order in which they are received. Processing times vary dependent on the item, customization, product availability and current order load. However, our standard processing time is 7-14 business days. Please note that processing time does NOT include shipping time.
All orders are shipped USPS ground unless otherwise requested. Ground shipping is estimated by USPS to be between 2-6 days transit time from date of shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not offer cancellations. Once your order is received it is in queue for processing.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our items they are not eligible for return or exchange. Please reach out to revivalluxuryscents@gmail.com with any issues with your order and we will do our best to make it right.
Do you accept custom requests or wholesale orders?
Yes! We would love to help bring your ideas to life. Please reach out to us via email at revivalluxuryscents@gmail.com or through our contact page with all of the details and we will coordinate with you further and confirm if we are able to curate your request. Please note, customizations outside of our standard options may incur additional fees. This will be reviewed during your consult.
Are your products skin safe?
Product safety is of the upmost importance to us here at Revival Luxury Scents. While our products are skin safe, some people may have sensitivities and thus we always recommend patch testing our items first. All of our products are made with a variety of skin safe fragrance oils, all of which include strict skin safety guidelines and percentages. We adhere to these percentages strictly to ensure the safety of our customers. As you may notice, there are certain scents that have very limited skin safety percentages, thus you will not find them available in our products such as our detergents and softeners. All of our ingredients can be found in the product descriptions of each item. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out and we will be happy to assist.
I am local, do you have an option for pick-up?
Yes, we are currently working to setup a pickup location for you to retrieve your orders from once they are ready. Once this is setup you will see the option for pickup versus shipping to select at checkout along with an address for pickup. When your order is ready you will then receive an email notice letting you know that your order can be picked up. In the meantime, if you would like to place an order for local pickup please reach out to us directly to place your order and we will be happy to process this for you and provide a local option.
